Probably insect from the family of march flies (Bibionidae). Several of these insects were visible on the water surface of a stagnant body of water. They were no longer stirring.
L Habitat: Barren, flat glacier foreland with ponds and little vegetation. Ice-covered until ca. 2014. Altitude: about 1940m a.s.l.
