Espe (Populus tremula) mit Eigelege eines Nachtfalters ganz rechts im Bild auf Blattoberseite. Das Ei stammt vom Grossen Gabelschwanz (Cerura vinula). Die Schmetterlingsraupe wird sich von den Blättern der Espe ernähren. Die Espe wird auch Aspe oder Zitterpappel genannt.
L Habitat: Dry site with rock faces, open areas and sparse forest. Altitude: 1130 - 1230m a.s.l.
